great stay at eduard house by larsen! everything was clean and new, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped room. loved the rooftop chillout area and the free events offered. convenient location with a nearby grocery store. highly recommend for a pleasant stay in tallinn.

Clean, renovated rooms with all the necessary equipment. the folding bed turned out to be surprisingly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, she accommodated all my requests. Loved the digital key access - no hassle with keys or cards. the location was convenient, close to a bus stop and a store. the common areas were great, with a co-working area and a terrace. the washer-dryer in the room was a bonus for my short trip.

The check-in app only starts working at the specified time. the room temperature was too hot and the small window didn't provide enough ventilation.
